Almond powder, also known as almond flour or almond meal, is made by finely grinding blanched almonds into a soft, powdery texture. It has a light, creamy color and a mild, slightly sweet, nutty flavor. There are two types of almond powder:

• Blanched almond flour: Made from almonds with the skins removed, resulting in a finer texture.
• Almond meal: Made from whole almonds (with skins), giving it a coarser texture and darker specks from the skin.

2. Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
